Syarat dan Ketentuan Layanan ("Terms of Service") ini mengatur penggunaan website, aplikasi, serta seluruh layanan yang disediakan oleh Pasarcode.
Dengan mengakses, mendaftar, atau menggunakan layanan Pasarcode, Anda menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh ketentuan dalam dokumen ini.
Apabila Anda tidak menyetujui ketentuan ini, mohon untuk tidak menggunakan layanan Pasarcode.
Pasarcode adalah marketplace digital yang menyediakan platform bagi Author untuk mempublikasikan dan menjual produk digital kepada Buyer.
Pasarcode bertindak sebagai penyedia platform dan bukan pemilik seluruh produk yang dipublikasikan oleh Author.
Dalam ketentuan ini:
Untuk menggunakan fitur tertentu, pengguna mungkin diwajibkan membuat akun.
Pengguna wajib:
Pasarcode berhak menangguhkan atau menghapus akun yang melanggar ketentuan.
Pengguna setuju menggunakan layanan secara sah dan tidak melanggar hukum.
Pengguna dilarang:
Seluruh produk yang dipublikasikan menjadi tanggung jawab Author.
Author wajib memastikan bahwa produk:
Buyer bertanggung jawab membaca deskripsi produk sebelum melakukan pembelian.
Setelah pembayaran berhasil, akses terhadap produk akan diberikan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Seluruh transaksi produk digital mengikuti Refund Policy Pasarcode.
Pembayaran diproses melalui penyedia layanan pembayaran yang tersedia.
Pasarcode berhak membatalkan atau menolak transaksi yang terindikasi melanggar hukum atau mengandung unsur penipuan.
Hak cipta atas produk tetap dimiliki oleh Author atau pemegang hak yang sah.
Pembelian produk tidak memindahkan hak kepemilikan hak cipta kepada Buyer.
Penggunaan produk harus mengikuti License Terms yang berlaku.
Pengguna tidak diperbolehkan mengunggah atau mendistribusikan:
Pasarcode berhak menghapus konten tersebut sewaktu-waktu.
Pasarcode dapat menangguhkan atau mengakhiri akun apabila ditemukan:
Pasarcode menyediakan layanan "sebagaimana adanya" (as is) dan "sesuai ketersediaan" (as available).
Pasarcode tidak menjamin bahwa:

Pasarcode is a digital marketplace that enables Authors to publish and sell digital products to Buyers.
Pasarcode acts solely as a marketplace platform and does not own all products published by Authors.

Pasarcode is currently in its early launch stage. Certain marketplace features, including payment options, Author verification, referral programs, product reviews, commissions, payout systems, and other services may not yet be available or may still be under development. Pasarcode reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue features and services as the platform evolves, subject to applicable law.
