Dokumen ini menjelaskan ketentuan lisensi yang berlaku untuk seluruh produk digital yang tersedia di Pasarcode.
Dengan membeli, mengunduh, atau menggunakan produk dari Pasarcode, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan Lisensi ini beserta seluruh kebijakan lain yang berlaku di Pasarcode.
Setiap produk digital yang tersedia di Pasarcode dilisensikan kepada pembeli, bukan dijual dalam arti pengalihan hak cipta.
Hak cipta dan seluruh hak kekayaan intelektual atas produk tetap menjadi milik Author atau pemegang hak yang sah, kecuali ditentukan lain dalam lisensi produk.
Setiap produk dapat menggunakan satu atau lebih jenis lisensi berikut:

Pasarcode saat ini masih dalam tahap awal pengembangan. Jenis lisensi yang tersedia, mekanisme validasi lisensi, sistem aktivasi produk, perlindungan lisensi, dan fitur terkait lainnya dapat berubah atau ditambahkan seiring perkembangan platform. Author bertanggung jawab memilih jenis lisensi yang sesuai untuk produknya, sedangkan Buyer bertanggung jawab memahami dan mematuhi lisensi yang berlaku sebelum menggunakan produk.
Pasarcode is currently in its early launch stage. Available license types, license validation mechanisms, product activation systems, license protection, and related features may evolve over time. Authors are responsible for selecting the appropriate license for their products, while Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable license before using any product.
